Ravasini Spa is a company specialized in the construction of “working sites equipment” and vehicles equipped for emergency assistance to machines and installations” fitted on chassis, trailers, semi-trailers, skids and containers. Thanks to the vast experience gained in the specific field and the knowledge obtained over the years, the company distinguishes itself for:

The components design and  the  equipments sizing are verified by computer analysis. The technique of three-dimensional design ensures the actual verification of the couplings. The workshop is equipped with the most advanced plants for cutting, boring and welding of steel plates and other steel components. Utmost attention is dedicated to components assembling, control systems,  electrical and instrument installation and to commissioning and operational checks of products before delivery.

History
Ravasini Company is founded around 1930 for the production of agricultural machines and equipment and various pumps.
Starting from 1960 the Company diversifies it’s production with equipment used for logistical support to oil companies and construction companies which will feature the present companies specialty.

Product range

Our company designs and builds mobile equipment and special vehicles for assistance to site working machines such as earth moving, cranes, etc. 
Such vehicles can be basically split into two types:

1 – Equipments designed to carry out programmed assistance, lubrication, cleaning and re-filling of fluids to such equipment that for their nature cannot conveniently be removed from their working location. These vehicles are normally equipped with oil reservoirs, water tanks, grease containers, fuel tanks with their own pumping systems, air compressor, pressure washing system and various boxes and cabinets for small spare parts and accessories.
2 – Vehicles designed to carry out first assistance and repair directly on site and can be of different size and dimensions and equipped with different machines and tools according to the type of machinery and the type of intervention that has been foreseen.

Fluid treatment and transport
Our company designs and builds tanks, from 1 up to 40 cubic meters, and installs them on vehicles for storage and transportation of various types of liquid normally used on Mining and Constructions sites. The liquids mostly used are: industrial water for washing and compacting of roads and grounds, potable water for personal use, fuels and lubricants for refilling of machinery and equipment operating on site, or other liquids such as chemicals, liquid bitumen, or waste water such as sewage and discharge services.

The tanks are fit for
– Transportation and distribution of industrial water for:
– Spraying and washing of streets and tunnels
- Dust and environment control
- Fire-fighting services
– Transportation of drinking water
- Transportation of fuels 
- Transportation of alimentary liquids
- Wastewater collection
- Piping drainage and plants treatment

The tanks are complete with equipment and accessories for different uses

Work-site and remote location facilities
Equipment for emergency service, assistance, maintenance and repair of: earth moving machines, working site vehicles, agricultural machines, vehicles in general, fixed installations, mechanical equipment. They can be installed on:

– Heavy vehicles used by construction companies in big foreign working sites, where the logistical conditions require a certain functional independence to ensure a prompt intervention for maintenance and repair of the operating machines
– Light vans easy to handle in case of emergency, polyvalent, and multifunctional, able to resolve and satisfy the requirements of vehicles dealers; municipal companies in charge of the distribution of gas, water, electricity; public and ministerial departments; and single users

All equipment are defined in close collaboration with the end user in view of his specific requirements, and could be homologated for road circulation.
